Collaborate closely with UX experts, Product Managers, and R&D to understand use cases and requirements. Guide development and QA teams to ensure high-quality user interface and design. RequirementsRelevant bachelors degree. 2-5 years of experience designing interfaces for B2B applications or complex systems- a must!Experience creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes. Extensive knowledge of design tools like Figma and Adobe XD. Familiarity with the latest UX/UI trends and technologies. Experience with user research and user testing. Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills. Team player, pleasant, and with high integrity. Fast learner, independent, problem solver, and result-oriented.
