Main responsibilities:
-Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
-Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
-Developing efficient distribution networks for timely deliveries.
-Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
-Collaborating with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
-Managing and coaching a sales team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.
-Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
-Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profitability.
-Ensure appropriate use of the budget and manage financial KPIs
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the cement or construction materials industry.
-Strong knowledge of the Azerbaijan market and customer base.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
-Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian is required.
