Responsibilities:
Sales strategy: Implements the local sales strategy in the assigned area. Takes ownership for both the planning and execution of sales strategies, for assigned customers/channels.
Targets: Achieves sales targets in defined area and ensures profitable growth in the product portfolio.
New opportunities: Identifies and develops new sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
Customer relations: Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships through excellent service and knowledge of customer needs.
Sales planning: Prepares sales plans and forecasts; performs regular sales analysis and proposes improvement plans as needed.
Market intelligence: Stays up-to-date with market trends and competitive landscape. Identifies and analyzes market opportunities, understands customer needs and value drivers. Supports the development of product roadmaps, new product launches and value propositions.
Collaboration: Collaborates across the business to maximize the value of ABB offerings and ensure customer satisfaction. Creates sales proposals, makes presentations, and conducts product demonstrations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the power or automation industry.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical products and systems.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and Azerbaijani languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
