Mesero/a A Full-time Job

Belmond Maroma Resort & Spa is looking for a Mesero/a A to join the team!

Responsibilities:

-Provide excellent customer service.

-Take food and beverage orders accurately.

-Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.

-Ensure guest satisfaction.

-Maintain cleanliness of work areas.

-Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

-Handle guest complaints and resolve issues.

-Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff.

-Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas.

-Process payments and handle cash transactions.

-Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

-Previous experience as a Mesero/a or in a similar role.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

-Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

-Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.

-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

-Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

-Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages.
