ABB is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to promote and sell our electrification and automation products and solutions to customers in Azerbaijan. Based in Baku, the successful candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Identifying and qualifying sales leads through market research and networking
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
Conducting product presentations and demonstrations
Preparing and submitting proposals and quotations
Negotiating contracts and closing deals
Providing technical support and training to customers
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in sales or technical sales
Strong knowledge of electrical and automation products and solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English
Technical Skill Competencies
