Our team is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a motivated SDR to join our sales team, targeting the dynamic Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) market.The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be based in the Malmö/Scania region with the flexibility to work from home, while also spending 2-3 days a week in our Copenhagen office to collaborate closely with the Account Executive (AE) team and sales leadership.You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, focusing primarily on prospecting and qualifying leads within the SME segment, as well as attending customers across the sales process.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting: Identify and research target accounts within the SME market using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and our CRM.Lead Qualification: Conduct cold calls, craft personalized emails, and engage in social selling to qualify prospects and generate interest in Vikinor's solutions.Pipeline Generation: Book qualified meetings and discovery calls for the Account Executives, effectively managing the top of the sales funnel.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, pain points, and competitors to refine your outreach strategies and resonate with potential clients.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to identify new campaign opportunities and with AEs to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and interactions within our CRM system.Qualifications and SkillsExperience: beneficial with previous experience in a BDR/SDR role, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing position is preferred but not mandatory.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swedish is essential.Drive: Highly motivated, resilient, and target-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a sales career.Interpersonal Skills: Natural ability to build rapport and relationships with prospects and team members.Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics) and sales engagement platforms.What We OfferA dynamic and supportive work environment with a clear path for career progression into an Account Executive role.The opportunity to work in the exciting and fast-paced ICT/Telco & Data industries.A strong company culture that values initiative and teamwork.Competitive compensation package (base salary + performance-based commission).Hybrid work model providing flexibility between home and office work.
