In this role, you will leverage your expertise in intelligence analysis, using Blackbird.AI's AI-driven Constellation social media analytics platform to conduct multi-source social media analysis, identify risk areas, and create client deliverables.In this role, you will support projects for private and public sector clients. Other responsibilities also extend to training external clients on Blackbird's Constellation platform, contributing to thought leadership and marketing, and ensuring customer satisfaction.As the Intelligence Analyst, you'll have the chance to:Conduct multi-source social media analysis using Blackbird.AI's Constellation social media analytics platform to identify and assess online threatsAnalyze harmful narratives across an array of use cases - including reputational risk, geopolitical risk, foreign information manipulation, executive protection, threat intel, etc. Create client deliverables, including reports, slide decks, and presentations, based on analytical insightsMaintain positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycleProvide Constellation user training and other onboarding assistance to new clientsContribute to thought leadership, marketing content, and customer satisfaction processesPerform ad hoc intelligence, enablement, product, and administrative tasks, including Quality Assurance checks for Blackbird.AI's software product, and troubleshooting Constellation customer issuesRequirements1-4 years of overall experience in a similar roleClient-facing experienceProven experience in producing intelligence reporting products, preferably for private sector clients, with a strong preference for candidates from enterprise strategic communications, crisis communications, consultancy, or PR-related backgroundsExperience in social media analysis, specifically leveraging social media data for commercial audiencesFamiliarity with mainstream and alternative media platforms, including their users, audiences, content, structures, and mechanismsProficiency in intelligence practices and methodologies, encompassing the identification of key collection sources, assessment of raw intelligence, research, network analysis, and the preparation of comprehensive intelligence reports for clientsEffective oral and written communication skills, enabling the creation and delivery oftimely, concise, and accurate intelligence reports and briefingsStrong professionalism, self-motivation, efficiency, and a track record of delivering on tight deadlinesNice to Have:Previous involvement in both qualitative and quantitative project management is a plusPrior experience with Boolean writing, and software tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Dataminr, is highly advantageousProfessional working proficiency in foreign languages, preferably Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, German or Arabic is a plusWe've outlined specific skills, experience, and requirements for this position, but don't stress if you don't meet every single one.
