Job Details

Job title: Risk Management Specialist Main responsibilities: Risk Identification: Identify potential risks across the organization through various methods, including risk assessments, data analysis, and industry benchmarking. Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure comprehensive risk identification. Risk Assessment: Evaluate and prioritize identified risks based on their potential impact and likelihood of occurrence. Develop risk assessment frameworks and methodologies to ensure consistent and accurate evaluation of risks. Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to minimize the organization's exposure to identified risks. Monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and make adjustments as necessary. Risk Reporting: Prepare regular risk reports for senior management and the board of directors, highlighting key risks, mitigation efforts, and emerging trends. Communicate risk-related information to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to risk management. Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry best practices and incorporate them into the organization's risk management framework. Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver risk management training programs to employees across the organization. Promote a culture of risk awareness and accountability throughout the organization. Internal Audit Coordination: Assist in coordination of Risk Based Internal Audit plans for subsidiaries. Propose solutions and plans of action as necessary and work in close collaboration to support implementation with internal stakeholders. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the financial services industry. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of risk management principles and techniques Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Certifications: Risk Management certification (e.g., FRM, PRM) is a plus Deadline for applications: March 25, 2025 The applications should be submitted to recruitment@pashaholding.az.
