Relationship Manager for Business Clients (Kyiv) Full-time Job

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Relationship Manager to join our Kyiv team. If you have a passion for finance, excellent communication skills, and a desire to build strong relationships with business clients, we encourage you to apply.

Your tasks will include:

Establishing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of business clients.

Identifying client needs and providing suitable banking solutions.

Promoting the bank’s products and services.

Monitoring loan portfolio performance.

Conducting credit analyses.

Preparing and presenting financial reports.

Staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in banking.

Strong understanding of financial analysis and credit risk management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in Ukrainian and English.

Proficiency in MS Office.
