Responsibilities P&L Management: Take full ownership of the P&L for the Hong Kong and Southeast Asia region, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and margin targets. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the HK and SEA business team, fostering a high-performance culture. Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and ensure the team is aligned with the company’s goals. Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the region. Business Development & Partnership Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors and business partners to expand our presence in key markets (supermarkets, corporate gifting, weddings, and F&B). Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring alignment with our brand values and business objectives. Develop strategies to ensure distributors meet and exceed sales targets, providing them with the necessary tools, training, and support. Market Strategy & Execution: Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand regional dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes. Develop tailored strategies for each market, recognizing best practices and adapting to local preferences. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Sales Forecasting & Target Achievement: Ensure accurate sales forecasting and achieve designated sales targets for key accounts and product categories. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, and logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Promotion & Brand Visibility: Plan and execute promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales across all channels. Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure all transactional documents are completed accurately and on time. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, supply chain, and finance) to align regional strategies with overall business objectives. Ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services that exceed customer expectations.Qualificarions: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is highly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing P&L and regional operations. Deep understanding of the FMCG landscape, particularly in the food and gifting sectors. Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams across diverse markets. Strong financial and analytical skills, with a track record of driving profitability and growth. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships. Ability to think critically, develop innovative strategies, and adapt to changing market conditions. In-depth knowledge of the Southeast Asia market, including cultural nuances, consumer preferences, and distribution channels.
