Can you balance administrative and organisational support with seamless operational coordination and strategic insight?The Flying Bulls are looking for an Assistant to the CEO to join their team in Salzburg, Austria.In this interesting role, you will take charge of high-level administrative and organizational responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the CEO’s office. As a trusted partner to the CEO, you’ll play an important role in managing priorities, projects, and relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, all while contributing to the success of events, operations, and initiatives.All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:ADMINISTRATIVE & ORGANISATIONAL SUPPORTYou will manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence with exceptional accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

By coordinating meetings, briefings, and follow-ups, you will optimize the CEO’s schedule, ensuring time is effectively managed. Preparing presentations and documentation for both internal and external engagements will be a key part of your role.OPERATIONAL COORDINATIONYou will act as a central coordination point between the CEO, department heads, scheduling teams, pilots, engineers, and Red Bull corporate teams. Your role includes aligning strategic objectives, tracking progress on ongoing projects, coordinating deliverables, and supporting logistics for special projects, air shows, and events involving the Flying Bulls fleet.COMMUNICATION AND REPRESENTATIONServing as a key contact between the CEO and global partners, clients, and Red Bull’s international network, you will draft official correspondence and manage executive communications.PROJECT SUPPORTYou will provide thoughtful and research-driven insights through detailed executive summaries and briefing materials.

Assisting with analysis, preparing presentation materials, and supporting decision-making processes will be integral to your role. Additionally, you’ll participate in selected internal meetings to deliver accurate documentation and coordinate follow-up actions.Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Aviation Management, or a related field5 + years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in senior-level project coordination, ideally in aviation, sports, or a similar areaExceptional proficiency in English and German; fluency in additional languages is a plusStrong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyAdvanced proficiency with MS Office and digital collaboration toolsExperience with event coordination, logistics, or aviation operations is highly valuedTrustworthy and discreet with a highly professional mannerProactive and dynamic, demonstrating strong initiative and attention to detailAble to perform under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting prioritiesDue to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.275,00 gross per month.
