We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiting Analyst to join our team. As a Recruiting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of job postings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Conduct reference checks and background checks.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Assist with recruitment events and career fairs.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
