The Role

We’re hiring an Internal Recruiter to scale BD Buddy from the inside. You’ll be responsible for hiring across tech, sales, marketing, and operations - working directly with our founders to attract top talent and build a high-performing team.

You’ll handle the full recruitment cycle: from writing compelling job ads, sourcing, and screening, to managing offers and onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

Recruitment experience - you’ve worked in both agency and internal settings, ideally in startups or other fast-paced environments.

Familiar with BD Buddy - you’ve used our platform before and understand how it changes the recruitment workflow.

Multi-discipline hiring - confident recruiting for tech, sales, and operations roles.

Hands-on and adaptable - you move quickly, think creatively, and thrive in a growing business.

Strong communication skills - both with candidates and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs.

Build sourcing strategies and leverage BD Buddy to automate outreach.

Manage pipelines and deliver a top-tier candidate experience.

Track and report on hiring metrics and process improvements.

Contribute ideas to improve how we recruit internally.
