Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Public Relations Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Public Relations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective PR strategies to enhance our organization's reputation and visibility in the region.

Work closely with the project manager and communications team to align PR activities with project milestones.

Support preparation of visual content including project photos, videos, and social media materials (if applicable).

Ensure transparency, professionalism, and positive representation of the organization and project at all times.

Assist in managing public concerns, complaints, or negative publicity in coordination with project leadership.

Prepare drafted responses and communication strategies for potential issues affecting the project’s public image.

Maintain communication readiness for emergencies or incidents as per project communication protocols.

Organize site tours, VIP visits, and client inspections in coordination with the HSE and project teams.

Support planning and execution of project-related events and community meetings.

Ensure all events comply with company protocols, branding guidelines, and safety procedures.

aintain up-to-date records of communication materials, approvals, media coverage, and stakeholder correspondences.

Prepare weekly or monthly PR reports highlighting activities, key issues, and upcoming communication tasks.

Coordinate the development of project brochures, progress reports, and promotional materials.

Prepare internal circulars, memos, and communication materials for project staff.

Support senior management in drafting speeches, presentations, and official statements.

Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.

Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews, site visits, and official statements.

Assist in preparing communication materials for media coverage, including advertisements, articles, and project updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field

8 years of experience in public relations or a related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is required

Strong media relations skills and established network of media contacts

Proficiency in social media management and content creation

Demonstrated experience in event planning and coordination

Knowledge of crisis communication management principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR software

Familiarity with the UAE media landscape and cultural sensitivities

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
