What It Takes to Succeed
Minimum of 7 years of project experience demonstrating progressive responsibilities
Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience managing a team of project managers and the PMO function
Proven ability to facilitate senior management business and project meetings and deliver executive briefings
Exceptional leadership and people development skills, with the ability to mentor, influence change, and build credibility across teams
Proven expertise in project and change management, with the ability to oversee multiple complex initiatives using industry-standard methodologies and tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and lead effective meetings
Strong financial and business acumen, including expertise in budgeting, cost management, and performance tracking
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and make sound decisions under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels, including executives, customers, and vendors
Self-motivated and high-energy professional with a proactive approach to achieving results
Unwavering commitment to the highest standards of personal and professional ethics and conduct
Your Day-to-Day Impact
Lead strategic initiatives from concept to completion in alignment with strategic and departmental goals, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Develop and continuously improve project management methodologies and processes
Implement project management best practices and standards to ensure repeatable and measurable outcomes
Monitor and manage resources and workload allocation while setting key performance goals and performance indicators to enhance project transparency and efficiency
Conduct organizational risk assessments and develop mitigation plans using best practices
Coach teams to ensure adherence to established processes and standards
Research and apply emerging technologies to optimize project outcomes
Communicate project status, progress, and risks clearly to stakeholders
Foster effective collaboration with stakeholders across functional business areas to ensure implemented solutions meet organizational needs
Coordinate with senior leaders to define project priorities, implementation opportunities, and challenges
Support project prioritization based on strategic objectives, functional needs, resource capacity, risk exposure, and interdependencies
Develop executive-level briefing materials and analytics to guide strategic decision-making
Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
