THE ROLEThe Senior Learning Consultant will work as part of a team to design, deliver, review and refine the suite of learning programs provided to the child protection workforce. The role will also consult and negotiate with a range of stakeholder to ensure the content and suite of the learning programs meet the business requirements.The role will also contribute to projects across the work team and provide backup support to other team members with their learning programs.Accountabilities IncludeContribute to the development, management, facilitation and delivery of learning and professional development that meet contemporary practice.Monitor, evaluate and analyse the effectiveness of professional development initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.Manage and oversee the full life cycle of projects to meet developmental objectives including:Leading research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.Supporting the delivery of projects or sub-projects and being accountable for the successful delivery and completion of the projects/sub-projects within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.Monitoring and evaluating projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.How To ApplyPlease open the position description to read more.Applicants are encouraged to apply online.
