We’re hiring at D5 Structural Supply, an unorthodox, drive-thru hardware outlet and lumber yard redefining how builders access their core construction materials with smart, fast, and easy service at every step.

We’re assembling a powerhouse team across operations, administration, logistics, and customer service as we prepare to deliver a faster, smarter way to get materials moving.

The Operations Lead oversees all on-site operations, warehouse activity, logistics flow, and safety at D5, ensuring smooth coordination between Admin and Logistics teams and a seamless customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

3–5+ years of experience in operations, construction supply, warehouse management, or hardware/lumberyard environments

Strong understanding of material handling workflows (loading, dispatching, inventory flow, staging, order verification)

Ability to manage a multi-zone yard environment including forklifts, loaders, and high-volume vehicle movement

Experience implementing or improving SOPs for fast-paced operational settings

Working knowledge of POS systems, order-tracking tools, and basic stock-level management

Proven team-leadership experience supervising cross-functional teams (admin + logistics)

Strong safety awareness regarding yard operations, equipment, and customer flow

Ability to troubleshoot bottlenecks and adjust staffing or processes in real time

Excellent communication skills for coordinating between departments, cross-partnership relationships, and ensuring service accuracy
