Position Overview

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative professional who thrives in acquiring and developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and closing high-value deals. This role requires extensive knowledge of digital and creative services, including branding, website development, and web/mobile applications, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales Growth

Cultivate strong, long-term business relationships with key decision-makers.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts.

Develop and execute market strategies by researching high-potential prospects.

Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and identify selling possibilities.

Actively seek out new sales leads via cold calling, networking, email outreach, and social media.

Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and pitch tailored solutions.

Responsible for selling and upselling digital marketing, branding, design, and development services.

Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets through strategic business development.

Client Engagement & Account Management

Communicate professionally via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

Manage client relationships from lead generation to deal closure and ongoing retention.

Understand client pain points and provide innovative solutions aligned with their needs.

Handle client objections, negotiate contracts, and maintain high client satisfaction.

Attend exhibitions, events, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.

Proposal & Pitch Development

Prepare quotations, invoices, and customized commercial proposals.

Create compelling pitch decks and sales presentations using Canva or similar tools.

Draft new business pitch decks and deliver engaging presentations to clients.

Ensure proposals align with client briefs and highlight the agency’s full-service capabilities.

Sales Operations & Reporting

Maintain an updated lead pipeline using CRM tools.

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via website live chat.

Prepare regular sales reports, revenue forecasting, and financial data summaries in Excel.

Track and measure sales activities to ensure consistent growth and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 3+ years of proven sales or account management experience.

Demonstrated success in business development, preferably in the digital marketing, design, or creative industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to craft client-centric solutions.

Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
