We are currently looking for a Cash Customer Analyst for one of our clients in the Corporate Banking sector.

Your responsibilities:

Client Support & Analysis

Handle daily interactions with strategic corporate clients in your portfolio.

Provide guidance and solutions for Belgian and international accounts on a variety of Cash Management products: payments, reporting, cash pooling, cards, and electronic applications.

Analyse client data, identify recurring issues, and take proactive actions to solve them.

Ensure high-quality service and contribute to the continuous improvement of client experience.

Collaboration & Coordination

Liaise with internal departments both in Belgium and abroad to address client needs.

Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and efficient problem resolution.

Keep up to date with products, tools, and industry developments to provide informed advice.

Your profile:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Client-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-minded.

Excellent communication skills, diplomatic and proactive.

Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.

Proficient in MS Office.

Languages:

Strong command of French, Dutch, and English, both written and spoken.
