Job Summary

The Manager (Sales & Admin) will lead sales and operations across the company’s service offerings:

Mobile Car Detailing

Outdoor Cleaning Services

Sofa & Mattress Cleaning

Water Filtration Systems

Water Tank & Facade Cleaning

They will oversee Team Blue and Team Yellow, ensuring efficient service delivery, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand the market for assigned products and services.

Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Achieve sales targets and report progress bi-weekly.

Manage, train, and oversee team workflows.

Maintain an organized customer database and CRM system.

Develop and implement marketing strategies (social media, PR, brand positioning).

Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Oversee social media, website updates, and content management.

Represent the company professionally and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, administration, or a related role.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Proficiency in MS Office & social media marketing.

Valid driver’s license with at least 2-3 years of driving experience.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

10% monthly business growth – all work hours must contribute to achieving this.

First-class customer service – CRM system must be maintained.

Salary & Benefits

200,000 monthly (2.4M annually) + 10% commission on sales.

Probation Period: 1 month at 50% target performance, increasing to 80% thereafter.
