Manager - Partnership Full-time Job

Job Description

Job Purpose

Lead the analysis of partner needs and expectations and develop the systems, policies, strategies, and plans required to manage and grow RTA’s partnerships.

Key Results & Accountabilities

• Prepare strategic and annual action plans with local partners; measure mutual benefits and returns.
• Identify government-sector partners, define relationship scope, and ensure alignment with RTA activities.
• Review and finalize MoUs in line with RTA policies; manage approvals and signing protocols.
• Translate RTA strategic goals into integrated yearly plans that drive performance.
• Engage proactively to strengthen relationships and RTA’s market credibility and reputation.
• Establish an Authority-wide approach to partnership relations and coordinate across sections.
• Co-develop policies, regulations, and procedures for partnership management.
• Measure partnership methodology impact via surveys/indicators; refine approaches accordingly.
• Track corrective actions and review periodic reports from concerned departments.
• Develop and implement policies/processes to enhance relationships with local partners.
• Build an integrated partnership plan aligned to RTA strategic objectives.
