About the job
Result of Service
- As an active UNODC/TPB team member, efficient, timely, responsive, client-friendly and high-quality support rendered to UNODC/TPB and its beneficiaries in the accomplishment of her/his functions, including:
- Contribute to the visibility and promotion of the Terrorism Prevention Branch’s work in Brussels and within the European Union’s institutions.
- Ensure a presence on the ground and assist liaison with EU institutions.
- Prepare promotional materials tailored to the EU needs and requests.
- Support to the organization of missions for senior management in Brussels, liaising with EU institutions.
- Conduct logistical preparations for online or live meetings if no in-person meeting is possible.
- Prepare draft reports, official correspondence and documentation.
- Increase the understanding of EU’s work and mandates relevant to TPB;
- Increase the capacity of TPB to identify and participate to funding opportunities.
- Prepare promotional material and support the project Asian Countries’ Resilience to Violent Extremism in the Digital Space.
