Your Duties - What you can expect as a Finance Manager (f/m/d):
As a Finance Manager (f/m/d) for one of our Italian entities, you will:
Lead the preparation of statutory financial statements, ensure they are compliant to all relevant local regulations and manage and supervise local external relations with independent auditors, government authorities, tax authorities, etc.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of monthly and annual financial results to head office, in accordance with Group policies.
Develop and maintain sound accounting and financial policies, procedures, and processes that enhance financial and internal controls.
Ensure compliance of other departments with appropriate financial and administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines. Guarantee the regularity of tax and corporate obligations.
Manage employees in a way that allows them to work, develop their professional skills and realize their full potential.
Assist in ERP migration (AS400 to SAP).
Your profile - What do you bring as a Finance Manager (f/m/d):
Based on a professional commercial diploma, you have gained relevant professional experience in the field of accounting/finance.
You have a good understanding of applicable accounting regulations and a solid understanding of tax and corporate compliance.
You are very organised, precise and have strong analytical and proactive skills.
You are characterized by an independent and goal-oriented way of working and have experience in project management.
You are sure to use current MS Office applications (SAP FI/CO).
Previous experience in an audit firm (leader) is a plus (not mandatory).
You are able to communicate clearly and correctly in Italian and English.
