Qualifications
•Ability to greet visitors and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner
•Ability to maintain confidentiality
•Excellent communication skills including active listening
•Service-oriented and able to record and categorize information provided via phone call
•Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
•High school graduate
•1 year of clerical work experience
•Prolonged periods sitting/standing at a desk and working on a phone/computer
•Must be able to lift-up to 15 pounds at times
•Position is not remote and must be able to work on-site at the North Cove facility
Responsibilities
•The Administrative Clerk will primarily be responsible for conducting exit interviews via the phone and/or email
•It may include in-person interviews as people exit the business
•Place phone calls and record/categorize data
•Interacts with former/current employees mainly via telephone and/or email
•Some additional administrative duties
•Performs other duties as assigned
