Maintenance Manager, Azerbaycan Full-time Job

We are looking for a''Maintenance Manager''for our global company operating in the field of manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering departments of universities,

• Have advanced knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (motors, gearboxes, pneumatic and hydraulic systems)

• Understanding of production machines and automation systems (PLC, HMI, sensor systems),

• Applying industrial maintenance methods: Carrying out predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance processes,

• Have knowledge about energy efficiency and energy management,

• Deep knowledge of cable production equipment and processes (extrusion, winding, twisting, insulation, etc.)

• Motivating technical teams, shift planning and task distribution,

• Creating and managing the maintenance budget,

• Provides spare parts management and technical stock tracking,

• Skilled in using fault recording and analysis systems (for example: SAP PM, CMMS systems),

• Experienced in analysing root cause of failure, (for example: 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram)

• To follow maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF etc.)

• Able to use Microsoft Office programmes effectively (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Able to read technical drawings and use CAD programmes if necessary,

• Proficiency in reading technical documents in English and communicating with overseas teams,

• Effective communication, reporting and presentation skills.
