Lead IT Architecture Full-time Job

Missions:

• Develop and maintain IT architecture blueprints that align with OCP's strategic goals and business requirements.

• Ensure that the IT architecture is scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

• Lead the definition, maintenance, and enforcement of architecture principles, standards, and patterns.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT project teams, and external vendors, to ensure that IT solutions align with the architecture blueprint and meet business needs.

• Provide guidance and support to IT project teams in the design and implementation of IT solutions.

• Conduct architecture reviews to ensure compliance with architecture principles and standards.

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities to improve OCP's IT architecture.

• Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps to guide the evolution of OCP's IT architecture.

• Participate in the development of IT policies and procedures.

• Lead the development of architecture documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and technical specifications.

Profil recherché:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with a focus on enterprise architecture.

• TOGAF or other architecture certification is preferred.

• Strong understanding of architecture principles, standards, and patterns.

• Experience with cloud computing, microservices, and other modern IT technologies.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Experience with developing and maintaining architecture roadmaps.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Fluency in English and French is preferred.
