Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients needing technical support with HubSpot implementations, configurations, and troubleshooting.

Offer guidance to clients on best practices for HubSpot setup and optimization to achieve their marketing, sales, and service goals.

Deliver personalized support experiences via phone, email, and chat, tailored to meet each client’s specific needs.

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to HubSpot, including integrations, custom modules, workflows, and APIs.

Create clear and concise documentation, tutorials, and knowledge base articles to empower clients to resolve issues independently.

Provide training to clients on how to use HubSpot effectively, including best practices for setting up campaigns, managing contacts, and analyzing data.

Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in HubSpot and communicate these insights to the product development team.

Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features, updates, and industry trends through continuous learning and professional development.

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional HubSpot services based on client needs and provide strategic recommendations to drive customer success.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in technical support roles, preferably in the marketing technology or software industry.

Expertise in HubSpot and hands-on experience with implementations, configurations, and troubleshooting.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for providing outstanding service.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In-depth knowledge of marketing, sales, and service concepts, as well as expertise in inbound marketing methodologies.

Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and API integrations (REST, SOAP) preferred.

Certifications such as HubSpot Solutions Partner or HubSpot certifications are a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
