Responsibilities
• Troubleshoots basic and some advanced customer technical issues to ensure complete issue resolution.
• Acts as an advocate for customer requirements by understanding needs, providing relevant support services.
• Ensures consistent customer engagement by implementing standardized practices to foster and enhance engagement throughout all communication channels (phone, email, chat, and social).
• Analyzes diagnostic data and assesses the next steps to resolution by implementing processes and escalating for problem resolution to product/platform experts or field support services when needed.
• Works within established support processes and practices using established workflows for customer resolution.
• Performs data entry and knowledge capture activities to help with improving troubleshooting approaches.
