Funds Associate Full-time Job

The Agency Legal Talent is partnering with a global offshore law firm to recruit a 3–5 PQE Associate for its Funds practice based in the Cayman Islands. The firm advises global fund managers and top tier onshore law firms, and offers structured career development, a collaborative environment, and a carefully thought out practice structure.

The successful candidate will work across the full lifecycle of offshore fund formation and management. There would also be occasional involvement in related corporate and regulatory matters. Applicants should be ambitious and team-oriented.
