What's on the Menu:We are looking for Export Manager who will join sales team and be responsible for export of Heinz & Pudliszki products, with focus on Ukrainian marketKey ingredients:Responsibilities:Manage relationships and grow sales- starting from a clear understanding of the customer strategy as well as their shopper and competitive environment.Deliver excellent sales fundamentals performanceDevelop, implement and track the Annual Operating Plan: annual agreements, pricing, new products & innovation listings and campaign developments Grow the business for your own customer/category combination - deliver committed sales, profit growth & share.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and answer the appropriate business solutionsManage Team of KAMsKey Outputs:Suggest appropriate products and services according to customer needs.Respond to more complex customer enquiriesFind opportunities through your analytical skills e.g. Nielsen, GFK or EuromonitorRefer sales opportunities and customer feedback within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are metEstablish annual / quarterly / monthly sales plans and prioritize and schedule activities so these targets are metRecipe for Success: Apply if it sounds like you!Master degreeMin. 5 years’ experience on KAM position in modern/traditional trade (FMCG sector preferred)Strong capabilities and proven experience in independently owning distributors and/or KA Customers, incl. the year deal negotiationsExcellent proficiency in Polish and English (at least B2)Consistent track record of problem solving as an owner- taking on entrepreneurial challenges and simplifying the complexOwnership mentality- push to learn through new challenges and capability to get results and lead independently of age/role
