Your responsibilities will include:Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide professional product consultation, recommendations, and live demonstrationsMaster comprehensive product knowledge — including features, specifications, and pricing — and clearly communicate product advantages to customersAchieve personal sales targets and support the team in reaching overall store goalsHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues with professionalism to ensure excellent customer satisfactionMaintain Xiaomi’s brand image and store standards by ensuring a clean, well-organized, and engaging retail environmentActively participate in company training and activities to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledgePerform other duties assigned by supervisors to support daily store operationsRequirement:Upcoming graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained between August 2025 and December 2026;Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (both written and spoken)Strong passion for technology, gadgets, and smartphonesEnergetic, proactive, and service-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skillsGoal-driven and adaptable, able to thrive in a dynamic retail environmentEager to learn, grow, and develop into a future retail management professionalIf you’re passionate about technology and eager to grow, please send your resume with your expected graduation date.Xiaomi is an equal opportunity employer.
