Role Description:
This is a full-time, remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. As a Loan Officer with NEXA, you will:
- Evaluate, authorize, and recommend approval of mortgage loans.
- Review loan applications, analyze credit reports, assess income and financial documents.
- Guide clients through the mortgage and/or refinance process.
- Maintain communication with processor and borrower’s real estate agent.
- Market in your area to self-generate loan opportunities.
Qualifications:
- NMLS Origination Licensed for states in the US.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to network, self-promote.
