Role DescriptionThe Experience and Hospitality Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure seamless guest experiences at the cellar door, guest accommodation and events. Responsibilities include managing wine tastings, organizing events, managing the villa guest experience, supervising staff, maintaining high service standards, and promoting Molly Morgan Wines' offerings. The role also involves inventory management, customer relationship cultivation through our membership program, and delivering consistent brand representation. This is a full-time on-site position based in Hunter Valley.QualificationsHospitality management, customer service, and guest relations skillsEvent coordination Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of wines and winery operations (preferred, not mandatory)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysPassion for creating memorable experiences for guestsPrevious experience in a hospitality or tourism role is a plus
