Assist to implement the brand strategy, communication strategy, market research, media planning and promotions strategyHandle the day to day execution of the marketing campaign. This include liaising with ATL, Media, Digital and PR agencies, external media partners and key internal stakeholders within organization. Handle day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and cycle planning reports which are necessary as related to brand development and performanceDrive digital initiatives with digital agency and working closely with media partners to drive brand relevancy digital platform.

Work closely with sales for e-commerce initiatives to ensure brand’s presence on key e-commerce retailers’ platforms.Co-responsibility to achieve Carlsberg brand share growth, volume growth and maintain track on A&P budgeting and all key brand health tracking indicators.Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to drive integration and execution of plansMonitor key competitors’ activities on Facebook, ATL and BTL promotions, data analysis, as well as current market performance and trends.Differentiate marketing activities according to consumers’ disposition towards the brands.Report and analyses brand performance in a clear, concise manner with focus on required actions.Monitor and report brand expenditure to ensure it does not exceed budget defined in operational brand plan.Monitor external agencies to ensure brand programs are performed with required quality and agreed cost & timescales.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldExperienced IT user – MS Word, Excel, Power point and OutlookFluency in English spoken or writtenGood interpersonal skills and communication skillsData analysis and MS-Excel familiarityPrevious sales background would be a positive.Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traitsLocal travels as & when necessary
