Support the Human Capital team in delivering Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives that build organizational capability, enhance employee experience, and strengthen a culture of continuous learning.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Support: Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating internal and external training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs.Content & Materials: Help develop and update training materials, presentations, and digital learning resources.Learning Administration: Maintain training records, attendance tracking, and evaluation data in the system.Employee Engagement: Coordinate logistics for onboarding programs, learning campaigns, and recognition of training achievements.Analytics & Reporting: Compile post-training feedback, prepare participation reports, and highlight key insights for continuous improvement.Research & Benchmarking: Conduct market research on best practices and emerging trends in L&D and recommend innovative learning solutions.Learning OpportunitiesHands-on exposure to end-to-end L&D operations in a corporate environment.Opportunity to work with senior leaders on talent development and capability-building initiatives.Gain practical understanding of learning analytics, program design, and HR best practices.Qualifications & SkillsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication skills—both written and verbal.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with LMS or e-learning tools is a plus.Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
