You’ve got the credentials (relevant Cert IV or higher is a big plus), but it’s your passion for inclusive employment that really sets you apart.

You understand the real-world barriers people with disabilities face, and you’re driven to help break them down. Your communication is clear, your empathy is genuine, and your problem-solving skills are second nature.
