Employer Services Executive - Riyadh Full-time Job

If so, we’re looking for an Employer Services Executive to join our dynamic team!Key ResponsibilitiesBuild partnerships with employers to understand their business needs and create tailored solutions.Conduct labor market research and share valuable insights with internal and external stakeholders.Deliver high vacancy fill rates to meet performance targets across weekly, monthly, and annual goals.Cultivate and grow recruitment and skills solutions with new and existing employer accounts.Monitor and develop employer accounts to maximize potential for vacancies and skill solutions.Work closely with operational teams to convert one-off vacancies into managed accounts.Visit employers on-site, build strong relationships, and promote recruitment opportunities through presentations.Collaborate with employers post-placement to ensure ongoing support, meet contractual obligations, and sustain job placements.Act ethically and align with company values in all activities.What We’re Looking ForProven ability to develop strong business relationships with employers and partners.Skilled at identifying opportunities and delivering innovative solutions.Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.A customer-focused approach with a drive to achieve targets and deliver results.Proficiency in using and learning systems and applications.Previous experience in recruitment or career counseling is a plus.Why Join Us?At Maximus, you’ll play a vital role in connecting employers with top talent and driving meaningful workforce solutions.
