The Global Employer Branding team is responsible for defining Intel’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and then deploying campaigns and programs globally to attract diverse talent that fits Intel’s culture, ambition, and long-term objectives. As a part of this centralized organization, the Employer Branding Specialist for the Romanian region is critical to Intel’s brand amplification and ability to drive external interest from relevant talent pools. With local language fluency and deep experience across various recruiting and talent branding techniques, this specialist will manage programs, vendors, digital channels and partnerships in close collaboration with the global strategy set by the rest of the EB team. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Core Responsibilities:

- Work in close partnership with internal stakeholders (Corporate Communications, Employee Comms, Inclusion & Social Equity, Regional Recruitment, etc.) to leverage existing plans, understand business and workforce priorities, and connect recruiting efforts and storytelling opportunities through an employer branding lens

- Deploy the broader Employer Branding strategy at the regional level by managing digital channel presence, developing partnerships, organizing recruitment marketing initiatives and enabling in-country participation on relevant company awards and rankings.

- Develop relationships and partner closely with local universities and campus teams on employer branding engagements; this includes campus visits, career fairs, technical and non-technical sessions.

- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support niche recruitment campaigns through proactive planning, local insight and recommendations and by providing compelling and tailored content specific to location needs

- Maintain local social media channels with guidance and content frameworks from Employer Brand’s central team

- Collaborate with content creators on both Employer Branding and other supporting functions (e.g., Social Media team) to manage the adaptation and/or creation of relevant and engaging content

- Participate in internal company awards, industry events and corporate rankings and leverage those in external recruitment efforts, while supporting additional and proactive submission programs

- Monitor recruitment marketing metrics, optimize program performance and share findings across global employer branding and local Talent Acquisition

- Partner closely with internal teams on Employee Value Proposition amplification at a local level with programs, campaigns and training

- Work in alignment with Intel’s accessibility guidelines and practices to create inclusive experiences across Employer Brand programming and communications.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- 4+ years experience in an Employer Brand, Recruitment Marketing, or general marketing role in the recruitment industry

- Bachelor's degree

- Exceptional communication skills and proven history working within cross functional team

- Expert project management and vendor management experience

- Proficient in social media content creation and social advertising practices

- Experience in digital media practices including: content development, distribution channel engagement, monitoring /analytics

- Native Fluency in the Romanian language, verbal and written; Fluent English skills are critical to this global support position

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven ability to deliver scalable programs at global enterprise and local levels

- Solid track record of project management and successfully launching marketing and media programs within time and budget guidelines

- Established relationship and partnership experience working with creative and media agencies
