Provide on-site and remote desktop support for end-users (hardware, software, and peripherals)

Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of IT equipment

Handle service requests and escalate technical issues when necessary

Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions

Perform field work as required to support business operations

Work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays depending on business needs

Qualifications

Entry level; open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of IT/desktop support experience

Good to excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Willing to work in Makati, Taguig, or Pasig
