Responsibilities

Your leadership will extend to managing dealer networks, enhancing dealer satisfaction, and developing long-term plans that strengthen Ford’s retail experience across Belgium and Luxembourg.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who combines strategic vision with operational excellence—a team player who thrives under pressure, negotiates effectively, and remains focused on delivering results. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is essential, and experience within dealer operations, NSC, and head office environments will be a strong advantage.
