Data Reporting Specialist (Remote) Full-time Job

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a Data Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to create meaningful reports and insights. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide accurate and timely reporting solutions. Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. • Develop and maintain data reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide customized reporting solutions. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation and quality control measures. • Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures. • Provide training and support to end-users on data reporting tools and techniques. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data reporting and visualization. • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or economics. • Proven experience as a Data Reporting Specialist or similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau. • Experience with data visualization techniques and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity. • Knowledge of data governance principles and practices. • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
