About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to analyze the education services sector of Latam for our leadership team. You will be conducting both primary (talking to professionals and students) and secondary research, creating high quality data that Listos leadership can use to make key strategic decisions about their programs, courses, market entry strategies and content to develop for student consumption. You will be talking with a variety of users from students interested in coding schools, working professionals looking to switch fields, enterprise customers that upskill teams as well as government stakeholders involved with providing subsidies for our coding bootcamp.

Requirements:

Experience with using primary (talk with users) and secondary research to collect high quality information for the education services space across Latam (preferred markets: Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, and Chile)

Experience generating insights from user calls and survey research

Deep familiarity and a nuanced opinion of which data sets in Latam are of the highest quality/highest leverage to access and which aren't.

Comfort generating reports on findings.

Exceptional writing skills in either Spanish or English; ability to articulate business narratives.

Outstanding oral communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrable ability to work effectively and respectfully with team members and external constituents.

Demonstrated experience balancing multiple assignments with the need to manage one's own time independently and efficiently, communicating quickly on timelines and progress updates.

Fluency with spreadsheet tools.
