What you will be doing at Webhelp

Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving their issues efficiently

Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate and timely completion

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all communication

Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or personnel for further resolution

Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, service updates, and company policies to provide accurate and comprehensive support to customers

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and promote a positive work environment

Empathize with customers and demonstrate patience and understanding in challenging situations

Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service skills and knowledge to enhance performance

Work in accordance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Who we are looking for

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages may be required depending on the role)

Previous customer service experience preferred

Proficiency in computer skills and data entry

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Flexibility to work different shifts and weekends as required

Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

Ability to empathize with customers and build rapport

Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of company products and services

Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools (preferred)
