Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries from customers via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Document customer interactions and maintain records of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer service standards.
Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to management.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Fluency in English and any other language relevant to our customer base.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
