As a Customer Care Intern, you’ll help create, update, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various game products.

Your day-to-day activities will include playing games, observing how each game’s processes work, and creating SOPs based on your findings. You’ll work closely with our Operations and OM teams to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.Job DescriptionCreate and update SOPs related to game products.Play and observe different games to understand their flow and user journey.Coordinate with Operations and OM teams about SOP needs or improvements.Review and complete evidence for existing SOPs.Prepare regular progress and result reports.Meet targets for SOP creation and updates according to the timeline.Job RequirementUniversity student or fresh graduate from Communication, Management, or other relevant fields.Enjoys playing a variety of games (FPS, RPG, etc.).Available for Hybrid arrangement: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.Strong writing and documentation skills.Active in gaming communities or experienced in playing multiple types of games.Owns a device (phone, laptop, or PC) that supports game-related work.Honest, detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work independently or in a team.Interested in customer service, quality assurance, or process development.
