Your Tasks

Develop strong audiovisual communication campaigns within the Studio & Channels Team (Marketing & Communication department)

Implement and safeguard the brand identity across all visuals in the media mix

Ensure all creative output is visually appealing, consistent, and compliant with company standards and regulations

Produce a wide range of design outputs, from complex animations to vector graphics and polished presentations

Contribute to workflow efficiency by structuring and managing assets effectively

Stay up to date with new trends in graphic and motion design, and actively share knowledge and insights with colleagues

Support colleagues in creating on-brand content using digital collaboration tools

Help optimize graphic workflows and templates to improve efficiency

Apply branding guidelines and corporate identity across projects with high attention to detail

Ensure smooth collaboration within a cross-functional and multilingual environment

Experience in graphic workflow optimization, AI tools in design, motion design for web (UX/UI, HTML/CSS), and photo/video editing skills = plus

Your Profile

Creative and practical mindset: able to turn ideas and concepts into workable solutions for print and digital channels

Strong sense of brand identity, ensuring visual quality and consistency across all media

Guardian of the company’s image and reputation by correctly applying GDPR and other compliance rules

Hands-on, proactive attitude: comfortable with complex animations, vector files, or fine-tuning PowerPoint presentations

Structured and efficient in asset management and workflows

Curious and eager to explore new trends in graphic and motion design, sharing tips and knowledge with the team

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

Expertise in motion design and animation (e.g. After Effects, Cavalry)

Advanced PowerPoint skills

Experience with DAM/MAM tools and workflow implementation

Good knowledge of digital collaboration tools (e.g. MS SharePoint, Monday, MS Publisher, Canva, Genially)

Solid understanding of branding and corporate identity implementation

Insight into graphic pre- and post-production processes

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience

Excellent command of your native language (Dutch or French), good spoken and written knowledge of the second national language and English
