Your territory
As part of our Product team, you will:
Work on strategic payment-related projects in an international context and find innovative solutions that cater to our customers' payment needs
Manage the relationships and partnerships between Tractive and our payment providers (Adyen, Paypal, etc.)
Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives to implement technical solutions and improve payment logics
Optimize payment authorization rates and other metrics across different domains (e-commerce and recurring subscription payments)
Provide custom payment options and analyze trends on a country basis (North America & Europe)
Drive and manage initiatives to lower involuntary churn and increase customer lifetime value
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
3+ years of experience managing payments, especially recurring payments or subscriptions, in a mid to large scale B2C SaaS organization
Good technical knowledge and experience working with payment provider integrations (reading, understanding API documentation etc.)
Experience with chargeback management and fraud prevention tools
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
Very good English skills
Valid Austrian work permit
