We are a Singapore-based FinTech company looking for a Country Manager to launch and lead our regulated platform business in the UAE. Based within the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), this is a critical role responsible for ensuring full regulatory compliance, successful operational launch, and strategic growth. We are seeking a leader with deep knowledge of the UAE's financial and regulatory environment.Key Responsibilities1.

Compliance and RegulationServe as the primary responsible party for running the regulated business within the ADGM framework.Ensure all business activities adhere strictly to UAE regulation and internal compliance standards.Identify, secure, and manage all licenses required for the business, the Country Manager role, and all future hires (CS, Marketing, etc.).2. Operations and ManagementOversee and manage all operations (Ops) of the platform business.Manage the P&L and ensure the business meets its financial and operational targets.Establish internal processes, controls, and reporting structures necessary to run a regulated entity.Report directly to Singapore Head Office and act as the local representative for the UAE entity.3. Growth and ExpansionDevelop and execute the local market strategy.Drive customer acquisition and business growth.RequirementsProven experience in a senior compliance, operations, or managerial role within the UAE, ideally within the FinTech or regulated financial services sector.Deep and current working knowledge of UAE financial regulations, particularly those relevant to the ADGM.Demonstrated ability to launch and manage a regulated platform or financial services business.Strong understanding of corporate structure and licensing requirements for an expanding business.Must possess all necessary licenses/approvals for the role, capable of being approved by the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) as a Senior Executive Officer (SEO), if required for the regulated business
