Director – Corporate Finance & Capital Solutions (Family Office) | ZurichA Zurich-based Family Office is seeking an experienced Investment Professional to expand its team advising entrepreneurs, business owners, and UHNW families across Europe.The firm blends top-tier investment banking capabilities with a hands-on, private-market investment approach. Its work spans the full capital structure — including liquidity events, financing solutions, portfolio diversification, and direct/co-investment opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise founders, UHNW individuals, and family offices on strategic, financial, and capital structure mattersLead the sourcing and execution of private market and M&A transactionsBuild and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, lenders, and other ecosystem partnersSupport customized investment, financing, and wealth-related strategies tailored to long-term client needsCandidate Profile6–10 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, or Corporate Finance (global or reputable mid-market platform)Experience with UHNW, family office, or entrepreneurial clientsStrong grasp of private markets, capital raising, structured solutions, or alternative investmentsHighly analytical with strong commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindsetAlready in Zurich or willing to relocateFluent English; German or another European language is advantageous
