At least three years’ prior experience in a legal or compliance field is preferred but not required as training will be provided.ResponsibilitiesBe part of a team that is responsible for monitoring of regulatory reporting obligations for the firm across global marketsSupport the BAU running of regulatory reporting activities, including shareholding monitoring through shareholding tracking systems and assisting with the preparation of regulatory filingsProvide project management support for the implementation of a leading shareholding tracking system, participating in the delivery of project milestones, working with internal stakeholders and including testing and review of business use casesProvide team support through monitoring of stock exchange announcements to identify disclosure reporting triggersUpdating and maintaining shareholding registers and other regulatory records, including other administrative work to support the regulatory functionRequirementsBasic proficiency with Microsoft ExcelResponsible, meticulous and detail-orientedQuick learner and able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and effectively to meet regulatory timelinesPrior experience in one or more of the following fields preferred but not required:Corporate secretarialDatabase managementComplianceRegulatoryLegalSystem testing
